Given the half-day training sessions, you had approximately 12-15 hours to cover 24 hours worth of SQL*Plus material. You seemed to have an innate sense as to which things required detailed coverage and hands-on practice and which things could be covered more quickly. Although the training materials used a fictitious company database, you made it a point to provide RSG-specific examples throughout the class. You also were very good at handling the questions that came up. You were patient with the basic questions asked by some class members -- and very knowledgeable with advanced questions from others. But, most importantly, you made the class an enjoyable experience. You took the time to get to know everyone during breaks, had a good sense of humor and encouraged everyone to ask questions and keep learning."
