Course Overview

This course introduces students to Oracle Workflow within the E-Business Suite environment. Students will learn the basic architecture underlying the Oracle Workflow technology. The course will include exercises using Workflow Builder to build custom workflows. Students will learn about workflow design techniques, notification processing, business events, the Workflow directory service, the Workflow Engine, Workflow API's, customization standards, and monitoring tools. In addition, students will see several examples of Workflows used in the E-Business Suite, and will learn about the Release 12 enhancements to Workflow.

To understand how to configure Workflow Mailer
