E-Business Suite Upgrades
TUSC’s experienced consultants can seamlessly manage E-Business Suite upgrades from any previous release and/or technical platform for our clients. To ensure key business requirements are met, TUSC follows the E-Business Suite Upgrade Methodology, which begins with a critical functional and technical assessment. During this process, client customizations are evaluated for portability to the new platform and potential replacement by new-version standard functionality. We then create an upgrade “playbook,” which is validated through multiple “test” upgrades to ensure a seamless migration path, and establish the required “blackout” period for the production upgrade.

Once the new version is implemented, we conduct extensive testing using client- or TUSC-created functional test scripts. Throughout the process, clients are trained on the new version functionality via a “Delta” training approach, which allows end users to effectively assimilate the changes. As with all of our projects, TUSC focuses on quality, knowledge transfer and process simplification throughout the upgrade process and strives to maximize our client’s investment in the Oracle E-Business Suite.

E-Business Suite Assessments
TUSC clients utilize E-Business Suite assessments as a first step towards making an upgrade decision, to validate the effective use of one or more E-Business Suite applications, or to obtain budgetary estimates for potential implementation or upgrade projects.

These assessments can range from days to more involved efforts using a small project team over a period of a few weeks. All assessment results provide TUSC clients with a clearer range of options in support of their strategic business direction, complete with TUSC recommendations and cost estimates.

Supplemental Expert Support
TUSC can supplement client staff with its specialized E-Business Suite resources for both short-term and long-term projects. Occasionally, clients have an internally-supported (or externally-provided) project initiative, but they are missing a key subject-matter expert and E-Business Suite specialist to provide critical support to the team.
