The Managed Services Sales Executive will develop a territory and/or named account list of clients, sell remote Oracle environment management services including database, operating system, and application (technical and functional) management services into that market against an established sales goal, maintain and expand those client relationships to include opportunities for all of TUSC's capabilities, and promote the TUSC name, reputation, and relationships within the market and among partners.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a top performing sales executive with a consistent track record of success. The candidate will have 5 to 10 years of winning experience selling progressively more complex managed services, preferably in the Oracle market. The candidate will have successfully developed business with both new and existing clients. The candidate will have managed clients for long term relationships and repeat business.

Sales call skills with proper preparation disciplines including the ability to determine and communicate a clear meeting purpose, create and deliver a compelling presentation, question to identify needs, frame solutions in the context of value to the client, gain agreement to potential solution fit, and close on next steps
Ability to sell using phone skills, email, physical correspondence, and appropriately timed site visits
Ability to undertake sales pursuit processes including pursuit team leadership, proposal development, winning messaging - including countering competitor's messaging, decision-maker influencing, contract negotiation, and deal closure
Ability to build and maintain relationships and influence appropriate decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations for immediate as well as long term relationship success
Strong interpersonal skills including rapport building, listening, social versatility, courtesy, and concern
Ability to work as a team player including the willingness and ability to share knowledge
Advanced levels of business acumen including the business/political environment, market forces, the client's products, markets, customers, and competitors
Education
BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related degree
