Job Description

Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Primary role of this position is the analysis of current business processes and situations; make recommendations for business process improvements; configuration, setup, and support of the Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules of the Oracle Applications. The scope of these responsibilities includes all HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades to the applications, and general support to the business process owners and technical staffs.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum five years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules (Oracle Applications release 11.5.9 or higher level). This experience should be detail-level and include module configuration and setup relative to multi-org and multi-currencies.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant consulting experience preferred or 10 years of corporate IT
  • In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll, including Fast Formulas, Oracle HR Self-Service, Basic and Standard Benefits.
  • In depth working knowledge of the following applications a plus: Oracle Training Administration, Oracle Advanced Benefits and Oracle Internet Expenses.
  • Experience with high levels of accountability; demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to travel to client site as needed
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Provide Oracle applications configuration, setup, and support expertise in the area of Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules
  • Work with business users to analyze and re-engineer complex business processes.
  • Perform detail-level analysis business challenges and map to Oracle Applications functionality to aid in problem solving and implement HR & Payroll solutions.
  • Assist with project planning and system implementation.
  • Responsible for providing on-going support to Oracle HRMS & Payroll modules.
  • Work with functional HR and payroll teams on detail-level analysis of Oracle Applications functionality; aiding in problem-solving of Oracle Applications seeded functionality and application extensions
