Job Description
TUSC is currently looking to add talented Oracle Financials Functional Consultants to our growing consulting team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an Oracle Applications 11i environment.
Job Requirements
5 years of Oracle experience with at least two full life cycle Oracle 11i implementation/upgrade project completion in a Functional role with Oracle Financials. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Skills Required
Must have Oracle Applications 11i implementation and upgrade experience in an Oracle Applications Financial Functional consulting role. Experience with financial process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution; troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications Financial module configuration and use; and test script creation and testing. This position also requires Oracle Applications 11i module configuration and process use for Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury, Grants and Project Accounting. Knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to Financial module schemas/products, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion and reporting support as well as experience in the functional design and design review of Oracle Applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications. Must have experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle TAR's with Oracle Support and have strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills. Must be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with the client. Oracle Financials 11i certification.
Responsibilities
Implement and/or upgrade Oracle Application solutions to our clients. Design & build the specific application business process model to meet the business requirements; responsible for the process related task of the deliverables and application set up. Provide Financial Functional expertise in application & industry standards. Identify tools and techniques within the Oracle Application in designing the solutions.
Education
BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related degree.
Travel Requirements
Must be open to 100% travel.
